On the afternoon of September 17, the delegation of the International NGOs Network for Poverty Reduction Cooperation visited the National (Guizhou) Big Data Exchange and Experience Center, gaining first-hand knowledge of Guizhou's big data development and its application in poverty alleviation, governance and public services.

在体验中心，考察团成员听取了贵州大数据产业发展总体情况介绍，现场观看了数据可视化演示、智慧交通应用场景、数字乡村建设案例等展示内容。讲解人员向考察团介绍了贵州如何利用大数据手段助力精准扶贫、防止返贫监测、农村产业调度和基层治理。

At the center, delegation members received an overview of Guizhou's big data industry, watched demonstrations of data visualization, smart transportation applications and digital village development cases, and learned from the guides how Guizhou uses big data to support targeted poverty alleviation, rural industrial coordination and grassroots governance.

多位考察团成员在体验后表示，贵州将大数据与减贫工作深度融合的做法令人印象深刻，为发展中国家提供了有益借鉴。代表们指出，数字技术不仅改变了城市治理方式，也为偏远地区带来了新的发展可能。

Many delegation members said after the visit that they were deeply impressed by Guizhou's deep integration of big data with poverty alleviation, which offers useful lessons for developing countries. They noted that digital technology has not only transformed urban governance but also brought new development possibilities to remote areas.

肯尼亚公益组织全国协会主席斯蒂芬·切博伊（Stephen Kipchumba Cheboi）谈到，人工智能正在深刻改变世界，中国站在这一变革的前沿，其经验对发展中国家具有重要启示。

Stephen Kipchumba Cheboi, Chairman of the National Federation of PBOs of Kenya, said that artificial intelligence is profoundly changing the world, and China is at the forefront of this transformation, offering important inspiration for developing countries.

塞尔维亚国际政治与经济研究所高级研究员卡塔琳娜·扎克奇（Katarina Zakić）则表示，贵州在数字化和创新领域的探索令人印象深刻，没想到这样的发展会出现在一个西部省份，这背后既得益于政府政策支持，也离不开贵州因地制宜的主动作为。

Katarina Zakić, Senior Research Associate of the Institute of International Politics and Economics of Serbia, said she was deeply impressed by Guizhou's exploration in digitalization and innovation, noting that she had not expected such development in a western province. This, she said, is due to both government policy support and Guizhou's geographical conditions and proactive efforts.

The National (Guizhou) Big Data Exchange and Experience Center is an important window showcasing Guizhou's big data achievements. This visit was a key stop on the delegation's itinerary in Guizhou, aiming to present China's poverty reduction experience and digital development achievements to the international community through first-hand experience, and to promote deeper and more substantive international NGO cooperation on poverty reduction.
